Meet the National Foundation’s Board of Trustees
The National Foundation is governed by an independent board of trustees. The five trustees are responsible for managing the Foundation's assets, including National House and the Future Fund.
Sylvia Wood is President of the National Party, an experienced businesswoman and employment relations specialist. Sylvia has been involved in the Party for many years and on the Board since 2021.
A respected legal professional and company director, Peter Kiely chairs National’s Rules Committee and advises the Party, and its Board, on legal and electoral issues.
Former President of the National Party for seven years, Judy led reform of the Party in 2003. A professional director, Judy brings a broad range of skills, expertise, and knowledge to the Foundation.
Former Speaker of the House, Minister and Member of Parliament, Sir Lockwood brings extensive business, governance, and community experience to the Foundation.
Sir Graeme Harrison is the founder of ANZCO Foods and brings extensive business and financial experience to the Foundation. Sir Graeme has been a member of the Board since 2021.
